Outside Sales Representative (Home Improvement)

Location: On-site in Orlando, FL; training takes place at 6275 S Goldenrod Rd Suite 900, Orlando, FL 32822.

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ per year in uncapped commissions, with additional bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on home improvement products and services at customers’ homes.
• Promote products, establish individual sales targets, and consistently work toward sales goals.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with homeowners and other decision-makers.
• Track sales performance and report results.
• Work a full schedule with flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday appointments.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work successfully without close supervision.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Criminal background check required.
• This is a full-time W-2 position.

Nice to have

• In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, automotive, or HVAC sales.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
