Senior Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in EMEA or Eastern US and hold a valid work permit for the location. Occasional customer travel is expected, approximately 1–2 trips per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and improve plugin-based forecasting models end to end.
• Apply feature engineering and iterate on model performance in live customer environments.
• Translate forecasting business needs into production models for customers.
• Work across multiple customer environments to identify reusable approaches and customer-specific requirements.
• Use AI and agentic tools as a core part of the engineering workflow.
• Operate autonomously in a distributed team and communicate directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Applied or theoretical understanding of modern forecasting and modelling methods.
• Proven experience independently owning ML or modelling work from initial concept through production.
• Genuine enthusiasm for agentic, AI-assisted engineering and the ability to reason through problems while directing AI tools.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, making independent decisions, and shipping work quickly without a fixed process.
• Confidence communicating directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; valid work permit required for the candidate’s location.
