Senior Microsoft Platforms Developer (C#/.NET)

Location: Tampa, Florida — hybrid, combining remote and in-person work. U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on an SSBI are required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and React.
• Build modular architectures, REST and GraphQL services, API integration adapters, and reusable domain components.
• Set technical direction for architecture, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, release controls, and test strategy.
• Design SQL Server data architectures, data models, indexing, stored procedures, data access layers, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Lead unit, integration, end-to-end, accessibility, performance, security, and vulnerability testing across classified and unclassified networks.
• Deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions where low-code approaches are fit for purpose, while mentoring developers and leading technical reviews.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to SCI based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• At least eight years of professional full-stack software development experience, including five years with C# and .NET and substantial Angular and/or React delivery experience.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs, building enterprise integrations, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and gated deployments.
• Experience with relational database design and development on MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and ETL/ELT processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD networks, Risk Management Framework, Authority to Operate constraints, and Azure Government.
• Trusted Tester certification or Section 508 accessibility testing experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IASAE certification, such as Security+ CE or CSSLP.
• Power Platform, containerization, infrastructure as code, Microsoft certification, Palantir Foundry, or MAVEN Smart Systems experience.
• Agile or Scrum certification and experience leading sprint-based delivery.
