Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems using Microsoft technology stacks.
• Work across the full engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release support.
• Develop scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services.
• Deploy and operate applications in Azure or AWS environments using managed services and identity integration.
• Investigate complex production issues and improve code quality, security, observability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate on enterprise-scale systems where reliability, security, and auditability are critical.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications; 6+ years is stated in the position overview.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API, including dependency injection, async/await, and middleware design.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or similar component-driven front-end frameworks.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including stored procedures, query plans, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, Azure or AWS deployment, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Production experience designing and operating microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment.
• Knowledge of distributed systems concepts such as eventual consistency, idempotency, and circuit breakers.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar DevOps platforms.
