Senior AI Platform Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Administer enterprise AI platforms, including user access, licensing, configuration, feature enablement, and operational support.
• Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, and business teams to roll out and drive adoption of AI capabilities.
• Create documentation, knowledge articles, enablement materials, presentations, and communications for technical and business audiences.
• Support platform integrations, automation opportunities, and operational improvements across the AI ecosystem.
• Analyze adoption, utilization, licensing, and costs to measure business value and optimize AI investments.
• Drive initiatives from concept through execution and develop reusable processes, templates, and guidance.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience working with enterprise technology platforms or business-critical solutions.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems, including identity and access management, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience working with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills, including executive-ready presentations, polished documentation, and end-user enablement content.
• Ability to evaluate technology options, licensing, utilization, and costs, create structure, solve problems independently, and take ownership in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude Enterprise.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or enablement initiatives.
