What you will do

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute digital creative content from initial ideas through final delivery.
• Develop layouts, storyboards, formatted content, and presentation-ready materials for client, internal, and new business projects.
• Collaborate with copywriters, account teams, editorial, project management, production partners, suppliers, and freelancers.
• Manage multiple creative assignments while maintaining quality, scope, deadlines, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor entry-level designers and art directors, allocating resources and engaging freelance support when needed.
• Present creative concepts to clients and maintain strong visual and strategic standards across projects.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of creative or creative management experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong digital portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device marketing is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus proficiency in Sketch.
• Strong conceptual, visual storytelling, typography, composition, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience mentoring or providing creative direction to junior designers or art directors is valuable.
