Systems Support Specialist - Ukraine

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; must be based in and eligible to work in Ukraine. Office attendance is required for at least 60% of weekly working time. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM local time, with occasional overlap with United States Eastern Time business hours.

What you will do

• Support the design, customization, deployment, and implementation of a digital platform for end-to-end program procurement.
• Validate, clean, conform, and upload datasets; compare records with source data and enforce schemas, mappings, and enumerations.
• Monitor platform stability, implement scheduled checks and alerts, triage connector failures, and maintain monitoring and stabilization playbooks.
• Integrate platform reporting with program activities and client requirements to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Conduct data validity audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials, and provide customization progress updates to the hirify.global home office and U.S. Government client.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, data management, project management, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in data management, database design, or data analytics.
• Strong expertise in data management and monitoring systems, with familiarity with data management principles and common platforms.
• Experience in capacity development and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and full proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with programming languages; familiarity with U.S. Government- or donor-funded projects is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, data management, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with projects funded by the U.S. Government or other donors and their reporting requirements.
