Junior Data Analyst, Client Onboarding Specialist (Ukraine Private Entrepreneur only)

Location: Fully remote from Ukraine as a Ukrainian private entrepreneur; working hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–20:00 PM Kyiv Time.

What you will do

• Collect and validate carrier, provider, account, invoice, and portal-access data for client onboarding.
• Track invoice conversion, credential logging, mail redirection, uploads, audits, and reconciliation.
• Configure allocation, audit, reconciliation, financial period, and accrual rules.
• Analyze and help present optimization results while supporting fulfillment and catalog configuration.
• Draft authorization letters, coordinate signatures, and participate in implementation and service deployment discussions.
• Support customer UAT, go-live readiness sign-off, and documentation of onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadline-driven work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Problem-solving ability and persistence when data does not map cleanly.
• Ability to work remotely from Ukraine as a private entrepreneur.
