Product Manager / Director, Trading Risk (Parameter Management & Price Protection)

What you will do

• Own product discovery, planning, roadmaps, requirements, delivery plans, and success metrics for trading risk capabilities.
• Lead risk parameter governance, AI-agent workflow automation, controlled execution, and price-protection initiatives.
• Research and improve pricing logic, risk-scoring models, and methodologies for handling market volatility.
• Build and optimize platform-level risk controls covering margin tiers, collateral haircuts, price limits, index price, and mark price.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Quantitative Research, Engineering, Data, Trading Operations, Legal, Compliance, and regional market teams.
• Improve risk products through monitoring, incident reviews, market research, documentation, and AI-native operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least five years of product management experience in trading-related domains.
• Knowledge of trading-system principles and the ability to identify risky trading scenarios.
• Experience designing multi-step automation or agentic workflows with tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and human-review checkpoints.
• Strong systems thinking and technical judgment for real-time, highly available, data-intensive systems, including configuration, monitoring, resilience, and audit requirements.
• Experience with data-driven product decisions, risk change management, simulation, backtesting, stress testing, production monitoring, and incident reviews.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English; current Hong Kong work authorization without sponsorship required.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of trading and risk mechanisms for spot, margin, perpetuals, futures, or options.
• Experience in a digital asset, securities, or futures exchange, brokerage, clearing platform, market-making firm, quantitative trading firm, or other high-throughput trading environment.
• Experience scaling automation, AI agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows in safety-critical environments.
