What you will do
- Contribute to the core React Native codebase powering the Sportsbook application.
- Improve app launch performance and broader mobile performance.
- Build and maintain frameworks, tooling, and shared components for feature teams.
- Collaborate across engineering domains to solve cross-cutting technical challenges.
- Implement solutions that balance performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the on-call rota.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience building mobile applications.
- Strong practical experience with React Native or React.
- Interest in performance optimization, tooling, frameworks, and mobile application best practices.
- Familiarity with mobile testing approaches and Agile development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs with guidance.
Nice to have
- Native Android experience with Kotlin or Java.
- Native iOS experience with Swift.
