What you will do

• Support automation, virtual factory, and AI projects in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to software solution development and implementation, particularly with Python.
• Create and develop 3D and virtual reality applications for factory planning and training.
• Develop and evaluate AI and machine vision solutions for manufacturing automation.
• Support AI integration into existing industrial systems and applications.
• Research and assess emerging technologies in digitalization, virtual factories, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Initial hands-on experience in software development, ideally with Python.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, machine vision, and industrial digitalization.
• Analytical mindset with an independent and structured approach to work.
• Enjoyment of work at the intersection of software, AI, and industrial applications.
• Good German language skills at minimum B2 level and good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D, simulation, or virtual reality application development.
