Working Student (AI)

Location: Munich or Berlin, Germany; hybrid work combining on-site and remote work

What you will do

• Support the exploration, implementation, testing, and optimization of AI-powered solutions across tools and workflows.
• Co-facilitate local and remote training and upskilling sessions on AI tools.
• Provide technical assistance for building AI and automation solutions, including workflow configuration.
• Design and optimize workflows involving API integrations and prompt engineering.
• Experiment with and evaluate new AI tools, features, and functionalities, including pilot testing for launches.
• Support reporting, team updates, communication, remote troubleshooting, and AI tool configuration for internal teams and case work.

Requirements

• Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows, ideally including API integrations and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in AI-driven process automation.
• Structured approach to problem-solving, troubleshooting, workflow debugging, and systematic performance optimization.
• Fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
