Experienced Scientist, In-vivo CAR-T (Viral Vector Formulation)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and characterize viral vector drug product formulations, including lentiviral vectors, across early- and late-stage development.
• Perform hands-on laboratory experiments and interpret data to support formulation decisions.
• Support formulation robustness, scale-up, manufacturing readiness, and technology transfer to internal sites or contract manufacturing organizations.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Statistics, API, MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
• Document experiments and results according to GxP and data integrity requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in life sciences, chemical engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in viral vector or advanced therapy formulation development.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in viral vector drug product development and statistics.
• Understanding of process scale-up, technology transfer, and GxP principles.
• Strong scientific problem-solving, data interpretation, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work proactively and effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with viral vector platforms, particularly lentiviral vectors, and advanced therapies.
• Familiarity with early- and late-stage formulation implementation, process validation, and manufacturing support.
• Exposure to commercial readiness activities.
