CareScout Sales & Operations Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Hybrid; applicants must reside in Richmond, Virginia

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour; eligible for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate communications with Field Team Partners and provider network contacts.
• Organize and update CRM tools, outreach trackers, and provider onboarding documentation.
• Observe and document workflows to identify opportunities to streamline provider growth and sales conversion.
• Participate in team meetings, take detailed notes, and support follow-up activities and project planning.
• Conduct light market research and outreach for provider recruitment and regional expansion.
• Support quality reviews and ad hoc projects related to sales operations and network development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, sales, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer for a 10-to-12-week internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to manage digital tools and multitask.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with an interest in people and processes.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
