2027 Summer Internship – Electrical Engineering (Westminster)

Location: Westminster, California, US; on-site at an SCE facility or field location

Salary: $23.50–$34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Work on real-world challenges and projects in the utility and energy sector.
• Apply electrical engineering knowledge with guidance from a mentor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Use industry-relevant software and tools aligned with the field of study.
• Present the assigned internship project at the annual Intern Expo.
• Protect company assets and securely manage sensitive customer, proprietary, medical, financial, and cybersecurity information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering at an accredited institution.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available for the 12-week internship from May or June 2027 through August or September 2027.
