Electrical Engineering Specialist Intern

Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide technical support to SEL staff and customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SEL processes and technologies.
• Perform tests on new and existing electrical and automation technologies.
• Document and communicate test results.

Requirements

• Work toward an EET degree or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with programming and script files.
• Practical knowledge of 3-phase power systems.
• Working knowledge of emulators and logic analyzers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and serial-port terminal emulation software.
• Practical knowledge of SEL protective relays and automation controllers, with the ability to learn new skills and work cooperatively in a team.
