National Advisor Consultant (Finance)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; in-office collaboration is required at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Base pay: $24.04 per hour, with potential variable compensation through bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Promote Columbia Management products through Ameriprise advisors, banks, broker-dealers, wire houses, and independent networks via inbound calls.
• Provide ongoing marketing support, sales assistance, and follow-up to brokers, producers, and wholesalers.
• Maintain and expand existing fund business by encouraging repeat sales and cross-selling additional products.
• Generate producer prospect referrals for wholesalers and inside wholesalers.
• Coordinate with inside wholesalers, marketing staff, managers, sales desk, and other departments.
• Process literature orders and maintain management software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Series 7, state securities agent registration through S63 or S66, and state IAR registration through S65 or S66, or the ability to obtain the required registrations within a defined period.
• Valid United States work authorization without a current or future need for visa sponsorship is required.
