Focus on prioritizing complex analytics projects, developing data visualization and automation capabilities, and translating turnover, engagement, and retention data into business recommendations.

What you will do
- Build and implement a People Analytics strategy aligned with goals and HR priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team while guiding complex projects and fostering collaboration.
- Prioritize analytics initiatives across strategic insights, reactive support, and tool development.
- Manage relationships with P&P leads across the zone and collaborate with the Global People Analytics Team.
- Deliver insights on turnover, engagement, retention, and other key people metrics.
- Explore methodologies, tools, data visualization, and automation approaches to improve analytics efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing People Analytics or HR Analytics teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, including experience guiding teams through complex and volatile environments.
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI, Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience collaborating with HR leaders and senior executives to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
- Fluency in English required.
Nice to have
- Intermediate Spanish.
