Payroll Analyst

What you will do

• Process monthly payroll for internal staff, including timesheets and benefits.
• Calculate salaries, vacation payments, terminations, and other payroll items for staff and contractors.
• Manage contractor onboarding, terminations, requests, and payroll-related communications.
• Prepare background checks and client audit documentation.
• Coordinate labor health and safety items, including medical documentation, client controls, and quarantine procedures.
• Support internal and external clients with payroll questions while helping reduce fraud and labor disputes.

Requirements

• Relevant payroll experience and preferably experience with payroll systems.
• Advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Good understanding of Brazilian labor laws.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
