Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; onsite only with no remote or telework allowed

What you will do
- Develop and manage system requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Use model-based systems engineering tools to define system architectures.
- Identify program requirements, track performance metrics, and manage the systems engineering process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate systems engineering activities.
- Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments for major design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Typical experience: 5–7 years with a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years with a master’s degree, or 0–2 years with a PhD.
- Experience with one or more MBSE tools or standards, including NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML, UPDM, or IBM Rhapsody.
- Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.
