SAP PO / CI Consultant (SAP Integration Suite)

Location: Remote working model based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and SAP Cloud Integration.
• Build and maintain interfaces, adapters, mappings, routing, and transformation logic across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize real-time and asynchronous integration processes in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Analyze existing SAP PO interfaces and migrate them to SAP Cloud Integration and SAP Integration Suite ahead of SAP PO end of support in 2027.
• Contribute to API management, hybrid integration scenarios, reusable components, integration standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT operations, and distributed integration teams while providing advanced 2nd- and 3rd-level support and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Process Orchestration, SAP Cloud Integration, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong knowledge of iFlow development, message mapping, adapters, routing, monitoring, and integration troubleshooting.
• Understanding of API management principles and hybrid integration architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Fluent German at business level, spoken and written, and good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite, cloud-native integration patterns, and related SAP integration technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with ABAP, interface development, SAP Data Services or ETL.
• SAP certifications or experience in complex manufacturing and automotive environments.
