What you will do

• Review podcasts, long-form videos, and original recordings to identify strong moments for short-form content.
• Build clear cold opens and structure clips for immediate audience understanding and retention.
• Edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with native pacing, accurate captions, clean audio, and purposeful B-roll or graphics.
• Use AI for transcript search, clip discovery, rough cuts, captions, cleanup, and quality control while maintaining human editorial judgment.
• Deliver organized files, platform-ready exports, clear versions, and fast revisions.
• Review performance feedback and improve hooks, pacing, clarity, and calls to action in future batches.

Requirements

• Two recent short-form or podcast-clipping examples relevant to B2B, AI, SaaS, business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, or expert-led creators.
• Evidence of your role in selecting the moment, shaping the hook, editing the video, and delivering the result.
• Current platform-native editing skills rather than template-only clipping.
• A concrete AI-assisted editing workflow and quality-assurance method.
• Ability to work with minimal handholding, meet deadlines, and provide quantified retention, completion, CTA, lead, or business-outcome results.
• Fully remote contractor availability, including your rate, weekly capacity, turnaround time, revision policy, working hours, and start date.
