Podcast Video Editor

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 6:00AM–3:00PM.

Salary: PHP 45,000–PHP 90,000 per month.

What you will do

• Edit and produce 45–90-minute long-form podcast episodes with smooth audio-visual integration and engaging pacing.
• Create vertical cutdowns for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Produce and optimize YouTube episodes, including pacing, titles, and light SEO.
• Develop trailers and promotional assets for marketing campaigns.
• Improve audio quality through syncing, noise reduction, and basic balancing.
• Add graphics, captions, transitions, and motion effects while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing long-form conversational content such as podcasts, interviews, or panels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with an active subscription.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and short-form video pacing.
• Experience with audio syncing, basic audio balancing, and short-form content production.
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week in a remote setup from the Philippines.
• Portfolio required, including both long-form podcast or video episodes and short-form social media cutdowns.

Nice to have

• After Effects experience for motion graphics.
• Familiarity with startup, technology, VC, or business content.
• Thumbnail creation or light design skills.
• Experience handling Australian or New Zealand clients or employers.
