What you will do

• Review recordings, transcripts, outlines, and creative direction to identify the strongest story.
• Build cold opens and shape long-form narratives by removing repetition, clarifying ideas, strengthening transitions, and maintaining momentum.
• Use graphics, motion, B-roll, screen captures, text, music, and silence to support the story.
• Clean and mix audio, create accurate captions, and deliver platform-ready exports.
• Use AI for transcript analysis, selects, rough cuts, cleanup, captions, graphics, and quality control while applying human editorial judgment.
• Coordinate with strategy, thumbnail design, and publishing stakeholders, while maintaining organized files, versions, and handoff notes.

Requirements

• Two complete, recent long-form YouTube or video-podcast examples in B2B, AI, SaaS, business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, or expert-led content.
• Clear evidence of contribution to story, cold open, pacing, graphics, audio, and final delivery.
• Ability to make editorial decisions independently without frame-by-frame direction or complete timestamped instructions.
• A concrete AI-assisted editing workflow and a clear quality-assurance method with human review.
• Reliable turnaround, organized project files, and a professional revision process.
• Quantified retention, production, CTA, lead, or business-outcome evidence attributable to the work.
