What you will do

Navigate and evaluate healthcare applications and EHR systems.
Assess AI outputs for accuracy, realism, and alignment with real-world healthcare workflows.
Review clinical documentation, medical billing, coding, and administrative processes.
Provide detailed feedback and annotations.
Collaborate with project teams to meet quality standards.

Requirements

Experience with Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, MyChart, CoverMyMeds, or 3M CodeFinder.
Strong knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, patient records, clinical documentation, medical billing, and coding.
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a related field.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.
