AI Coach (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini)

Location: Remote within EMEA; virtual sessions require working hours compatible with the Eastern Time (ET) zone. Occasional in-person sessions may require travel to the designated location.

What you will do

• Deliver demonstrations of Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini tailored to different business functions and outcomes.
• Coach employees through hands-on adoption of AI tools and integration into daily workflows.
• Help teams identify business challenges, redesign workflows, and build AI assistants and agents.
• Map workflows, configure assistants, connect them to approved data and documents, and apply responsible AI practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI tool usage while recommending solutions and tracking measurable business impact.
• Support virtual learner sessions, internal dry runs, and client orientation calls in collaboration with facilitators.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to solve business problems.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, assistants, agents, and their application across business functions.
• 2+ years of experience in AI-related coaching, training, or consulting roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze business challenges, recommend AI-driven solutions, and support people with varied levels of AI and data expertise.
• Availability for remote virtual sessions with working hours compatible with Eastern Time (ET).
