Senior Logistics Specialist

Location: Moscow, Russia; hybrid schedule. Candidates must be based in Moscow or be ready to relocate to Moscow with company support.

Salary: from 165,000 RUB gross per month. Additional Flex4Me benefit: 10,000 RUB net per month.

What you will do

• Process customer orders and optimize order sizes in SAP daily.
• Act as the main contact for customer questions and issues related to order status.
• Analyze data and lead processes within the Customer Service team.
• Coordinate with multifunctional teams, warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth product flow.
• Identify and resolve capacity constraints, product availability issues, and other order-flow risks.
• Improve work processes and critical performance metrics.

Requirements

• Higher education in any field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English at Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Readiness for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
