Supply Chain Manager

Location: Moscow, Russia; hybrid schedule with flexible working hours

Salary: from 200,000 RUB gross per month; annual bonus and 10,000 RUB net monthly Flex4Me benefit

What you will do

• Improve and synchronize complex supply chains using data on inventory, service, market trends, and sales.
• Coordinate with vendors and multifunctional internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations.
• Monitor industry trends, technologies, and best practices and introduce innovative supply chain solutions.
• Improve cost efficiency and cash flow.
• Drive simplification through digital solutions.

Requirements

• Higher education degree; candidates may apply up to three years after graduation.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Confident Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Python, Visual Basic, C++, or similar technologies.
• Power BI experience.
• Logistics background.
