Project Coordinator – Fairs & Events

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; full-time position with approximately 15–20 travel days per year

What you will do

• Lead commercial activities including international trade fairs and design events.
• Plan and coordinate activations across 18 Muuto showrooms with local sales teams.
• Plan two international sales conferences each year.
• Coordinate product sampling setups across Muuto locations.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and align project deadlines.
• Develop showroom and retail store concepts with the marketing team and support visual merchandising planning.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in the design or lifestyle industry.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with fair and event planning and a commercial mindset.
• Strong organizational, execution, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Danish required.
• Willingness to support the sales team through hands-on work and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
