IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Copenhagen Office, Denmark; the position is based at the headquarters in Copenhagen.

What you will do

• Align project objectives, scope, success criteria, and priorities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion and maintain plans, resources, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate technical meetings and Steering Committee meetings, providing clear status and cost reporting.
• Support portfolio management, roadmap development, and high-level priority tracking.
• Collaborate with colleagues across hirify.global, Airbus, and external suppliers using primarily Waterfall methodology.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in a similar IT Project Management position.
• General understanding of IT and Operations, including networks, communications, security, and hardware.
• Relevant education, such as a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with collaboration platforms and planning tools; Google Workspace is used extensively.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Curiosity, structured planning, problem-solving skills, and valid professional references.

Nice to have

• Experience with Planisware and JIRA.
• Previous experience in a large organization or international environment.
