Senior S&P Business Process Consultant (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide first-line support to end users of supply chain systems and maintain continuous service for operational applications.
• Train users to operate and optimize supply chain processes, procedures, and supporting systems.
• Drive system-related projects, process improvements, and integration into global or local procedures.
• Translate business requirements into procedures, processes, and functional system specifications, then support change control and implementation.
• Represent the business in supply chain management projects and advise users and management on complex supply chain topics.
• Improve data monitoring, master data processes, and data consistency across supporting systems.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SAP MM/PP/SD, advanced planning systems such as o9, S&OP, and supply chain concepts.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and strong supply chain network and business understanding.
• Seven years of experience in a business environment, including 2–5 years in order fulfilment, supply chain or business planning, IT, and/or S&P roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, logistics, or an equivalent field.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, consultancy, and continuous improvement skills, with IT affinity.
• Fluent English required. Project management experience and knowledge of project management methodology are expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Sigma methods.
• APICS CPIM/CIRM certification.
• PRINCE2 knowledge.
