Supply Planning Operations Leader (Supply Chain)

Location: Novomoskovsk, Russia; full-time onsite work

Salary: from 200,000 RUB gross per month; relocation and housing support of 22,000 RUB net may apply when relocating more than 50 km from the permanent residence.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the supply planning team.
• Define processes, tools, and analytical solutions that support operational and business strategies.
• Oversee order placement, shipment tracking, inventory management, and other planning processes.
• Improve supply chain operations and achieve cost, inventory, and customer service targets.
• Lead transformational projects and provide technical problem-solving support.
• Identify supply chain risks, address critical issues, and conduct daily direction-setting meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Novomoskovsk, Russia.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a planning department.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, C1, or Oracle.
• A university degree or DipHE.
• Intermediate English or higher, analytical and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
