Yard Coordinator - Part-Time (Automotive)

Location: South Vienna, Ohio, United States; onsite yard work indoors and outdoors year-round.

Salary: $19.26–$24.07 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect and check in incoming vehicles by recording and filing facility information.
• Clean, preserve, number, prepare, and set up vehicles and equipment for weekly or biweekly auctions.
• Safely operate passenger vehicles and perform basic forklift or loader operations around the facility.
• Recover and organize keys, license plates, and other vehicle-related items.
• Guide visitors and respond supportively to customers and auction personnel.
• Follow safety, environmental, security, maintenance, hazardous-material handling, and personal protective equipment procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Basic automotive repair skills and general mechanical knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Proficiency with handheld PDA devices.
• Ability and willingness to learn forklift operation; previous forklift experience is advantageous.
• Ability to perform light vehicle maintenance and work indoors and outdoors in varying climates and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and legal entitlement to work in the United States, where required by the facility.
