What you will do
- Make outbound calls to financial institutions using an internal tool.
- Collect required information and update it accurately in the tool.
- Process transactions within the assigned shift.
- Take ownership of assigned work and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle sensitive information with focus, patience, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or graduate qualification.
- 1–3 years of international voice experience, specifically supporting US or UK processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, logical reasoning, patience, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict time constraints.
- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
