Corporate Paralegal

Location: Bethesda, Maryland SSC office

Salary: $28.53–$55.00 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and maintain electronic legal files, workflows, and the store expansion database.
• Implement licensing processes for store operating companies, including application and renewal tracking.
• Review legal documentation and correspondence for accuracy and completeness.
• Support litigation, regulatory compliance, and routine legal and administrative issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and government agencies.
• Organize files and meetings, process expenses, and manage confidential communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate office environment.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and document management systems such as Relativity or Concordance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
