What you will do
- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Draft, proofread, organize, and review legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain case files and legal documentation.
- Assist attorneys with litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients and witnesses to gather case information.
- Provide administrative and case management support while collaborating with attorneys and team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of law firm experience.
- Previous paralegal experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal case management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and provide strong client service with good phone etiquette.
Nice to have
- Experience in estate, probate, or family law.
