Test Coordinator (QA)

What you will do

• Coordinate testing activities, deliverables, schedules, and assignments for a large project.
• Create, prepare, and execute QA reviews, test plans, test scripts, and detailed test strategies.
• Analyze and certify application-specific software, business requirements, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, integrated functional testing, automation, stress, and performance testing.
• Track software and specification defects, facilitate defect triage, and drive resolution verification.
• Manage testing dependencies and risks, test environment readiness, certification summaries, and approval processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT quality assurance and systems or application testing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of applications and experience resolving complex testing and QA environment issues.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and system specifications to establish test timelines.
• Experience coordinating testing across business, development, client, vendor, and project stakeholder teams.
• Ability to mentor less experienced QA staff and maintain complete QA process documentation.
