Test & Evaluation Specialist (Military Intelligence)

Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ; on-site. The role includes occasional travel, outdoor testing and evaluation, and physical activities such as climbing stairs and repetitive motions.

What you will do

• Design and implement test procedures to determine whether standards and criteria are met.
• Execute tests and assessments using manual methods and automated test tools.
• Inspect, test, and measure produced or consumed data while conducting quality assurance audits and documentation reviews.
• Document, brief, and discuss findings with customers and management.
• Record initial findings and prepare formal final test reports, accounting for anomalies and errors.
• Recommend improvements to test processes and help analyze or correct identified problems.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance is required before starting.
• Related certification in a military intelligence field such as SIGINT, ELINT, or GEOINT.
• At least eight years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Experience in Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence, and/or Geospatial Intelligence.
• Strong evaluation and report-writing skills.
• Working knowledge of Design of Experiments, Science Based Test Design, and JITC-compliant technical writing.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple military intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, ELINT, and GEOINT.
