What you will do

• Lead the discovery of biologics against targets relevant to the St. Jude pediatric population.
• Apply phage, yeast, and mammalian display methods for lead discovery and affinity maturation.
• Build high-diversity libraries from synthetic and animal repertoires.
• Analyze antibody repertoires and perform B-cell screening from immunized or synthetic repertoires.
• Develop high-throughput molecular biology workflows for construct and library generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area.
• Eight years of relevant work experience, or six years with a Master's degree, or three years with a PhD.
• Experience with B-cell technologies and 10x Genomics for sequence discovery.
• Experience with antibody characterization techniques, including FACS, BLI, and epitope binning.
• Experience with antibody-related bioinformatics or software packages.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating machine-learning approaches with display methods.
• Experience combining cryo-EM techniques with epitope analysis of antibody repertoires.
• Experience using lab automation to support antibody discovery.
