What you will do

• Design and execute in vitro display technologies for lead antibody identification and optimization.
• Generate in vitro, cellular, and in vivo data packages supporting proof-of-concept studies.
• Support the discovery, optimization, and mechanistic understanding of therapeutic molecules across therapeutic areas.
• Analyze, document, and report research data, including presentations to group settings.
• Collaborate with internal and external scientific leaders in multidisciplinary research.
• Manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Biology or a related field, with typically 5+ years of experience for BS holders or 2+ years for MS holders in a pharmaceutical or relevant research environment.
• Strong molecular biology skills, including molecular cloning.
• Familiarity with sequence analysis tools such as Geneious, Genedata, or PipeBio.
• Experience with biologics, antibodies, antibody fragments, mimetics, and bacterial cell culture.
• Solid understanding of protein structure and function, with strong written, oral, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with phage display or yeast display.
• Experience with binding assays such as ELISA or flow cytometry.
• Experience in antibody engineering, affinity modulation, liability engineering, humanization, and antibody library design.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture or automation of biologics discovery processes.
• Experience with Prism, Geneious, Sequencher, or Genedata, and familiarity with computational approaches and AI/ML collaboration.
