What you will do
- Design and execute Phase 2/3 neuroscience clinical studies within the late development portfolio.
- Contribute to clinical development plans, trial protocols, protocol training materials, clinical study reports, and regulatory filing documents.
- Provide medical monitoring and safety oversight through medical data reviews, adverse event assessment, medical history and protocol deviation coding, and site interactions.
- Support regulatory strategies, corrective actions, health authority reporting, and medical communications with regulators.
- Interpret clinical research results and contribute to presentations, publications, advisory boards, and key opinion leader interactions.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, regulatory affairs, data management, biostatistics, medical writing, safety, quality, legal, and other cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree in a relevant area; MD/PhD is applicable.
- At least 1 year of clinical trial experience in pharma, biotech, or a CRO, or at least 2 years in academic clinical trials.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements for clinical trial conduct and regulatory filings.
- Neuroscience experience in psychiatry or neurology is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, including the ability to influence without direct reporting authority.
- Fluent written and spoken English required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is also required.
