Senior MSL Lead (Dermatology)

Location: Beijing, China; domestic and international travel required, typically 1–2 trips per month.

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, onboard, coach, manage, and evaluate a team of Medical Science Liaisons.
• Deliver the dermatology medical strategy through scientific engagement with medical experts and implementation of clinical and educational strategies.
• Coordinate KOL and key-account insights to inform development plans, trial designs, launch strategies, medical education, and brand strategy.
• Identify and prioritize evidence gaps, anticipate future evidence needs, and support evidence generation from research concepts through publications.
• Build scientific relationships with regional KOLs and develop an informational resource network.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align complex business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in medical science or pharmacology; a Medical Doctor or PhD is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in relevant therapeutic areas and at least 3 years of experience managing an MSL team.
• Strong people leadership, influence, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and prioritize evidence gaps and align evidence generation with therapeutic-area strategy.
• Good command of English, fluent in writing, speaking, and listening.
• Completion of required onboarding, compliance training, and assessments during the probationary period.
