(USA) Senior Manager, Insights Consulting (Market Intelligence)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Walmart Home Office

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive execution and cross-functional alignment for Enterprise Share priorities, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Business, Product, Technology, local markets, and external data providers to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Translate market dynamics, syndicated data, and customer trends into scalable self-service insights, dashboards, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Support syndicated data strategy through vendor evaluations, governance processes, data partnerships, and contracts.
• Establish share data governance standards, business definitions, and hierarchies across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in syndicated data, market intelligence, and external data ecosystems.
• Experience evaluating third-party data providers and executing contracts and governance processes.
• Strong business acumen and experience delivering strategic analyses, reporting solutions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working across Business, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams on scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 4 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience.

• Customer analytics experience in retail operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or supervising others.
• Master of Business Administration.
