Communications Manager Internship

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; candidates should be prepared to consider future relocation opportunities as business needs and development opportunities arise.

Starting pay: $29.00–$50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Turn real-time social trends into compelling ideas and shareable content.
• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for major brands.
• Manage relationships with creators, influencers, journalists, and other external stakeholders.
• Build credentialing strategies through third-party endorsements and alliances.
• Support internal communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees.
• Analyze program and business impact and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or master’s student in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms across owned, earned, and paid media.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to lead complex work and embrace new experiences.
