What you will do

Develop, implement, and monitor communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.
Coordinate media relations and respond to press inquiries while building journalist relationships.
Support internal and external events that increase community engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging aligned with organizational values and mission.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems.
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
