Field Work Technician (Chemistry)

What you will do

• Perform field sampling and testing according to approved methodologies.
• Prepare field test reports and verify the completeness of sampling data, submission forms, and site photographs.
• Transfer or download data from field sampling and testing equipment and update records in the system.
• Assist with work instructions, worksheets, sampling preparation, and field activities.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of sampling and testing equipment.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow company health and safety policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant chemistry work experience.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in adverse conditions, lift at least 50 pounds (22.72 kg), and work at heights.
• Ability to work outside normal office hours, perform tasks independently, and maintain a disciplined and professional work ethic.
