Filling Operator II (Medtech)

Location: Wilson, North Carolina, United States

Hourly range: $15.58–$22.99

What you will do

• Clean, load, set up, start, change over, and operate batch filling equipment.
• Operate integrated bag-making and filling machines, robot cell overwrap equipment, and overwrap machines in a cleanroom.
• Perform minor to moderate mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventive maintenance on production lines.
• Complete in-process checks and accurately document work in batch records and logbooks.
• Review batch-record documentation with peers and support shadow training for Filling Operators III.
• Identify production problems, develop solutions, and implement corrections in accordance with approved procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of all required training and ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Ability to follow SOPs, batch records, protocols, cGMPs, safety requirements, and good documentation practices.
• Ability to use advanced HMI applications and troubleshoot fully integrated production equipment.
• Ability to follow cleanroom behavior techniques and prevent potential product contamination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accurate, timely documentation.
