Company

hirify.global is developing a digitalized and automated modular manufacturing facility in Singapore for vaccines and Specialty Care Biologics products.

What you will do

• Execute routine cGMP manufacturing activities within Upstream, Downstream, or Central Manufacturing Services teams.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, digital systems, and automation tools during production runs.
• Perform in-process checks, housekeeping, batch documentation, deviation reporting, and change control activities.
• Maintain audit readiness by following procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and documentation practices.
• Act as a key user of ERP, MES, PCS, and other manufacturing applications, including troubleshooting support.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in an Engineering or Science discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic conditions with tight timelines.
• Good presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders.
• Availability for a twelve-hour rotating shift pattern, including day and night shifts.

Nice to have

• Internship or industrial attachment experience in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology organization.
