What you will do
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements, platform standards, and enterprise architecture direction.
- Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to refine requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Provide senior-level architecture guidance, design patterns, and best practices to delivery teams.
- Assess solution impact, technical feasibility, risks, and alignment with platform and enterprise standards.
- Guide integrations, cross-application designs, data models, CMDB/CSDM alignment, reporting, security, and compliance.
- Support agile teams through design reviews, workshops, testing, escalation support, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow platform experience and 2 years of ServiceNow Domain Separation experience.
- At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification: CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-SPM.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including applications, integrations, data models, and security concepts.
- Agile delivery experience.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or other advanced ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow products or domains.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and large-scale, multi-instance, or regulated environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
