Cloud Architect (GCP)

What you will do

• Propose and implement cloud architecture, security, governance, scalability, and reliability best practices.
• Write and maintain Terraform configurations for GCP infrastructure as code.
• Design and maintain infrastructure, network, topology, and service diagrams for development, QA, and production environments.
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes and cloud deployment workflows.
• Advise engineering teams on cloud implementation strategies, infrastructure, DevOps practices, and operational excellence.
• Own assigned cloud environments and improve their automation, stability, security, performance, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, focused on GCP architecture and solutions.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of GCP infrastructure and cloud architecture best practices.
• Experience acting as a technical advisor or architect and validating cloud solutions.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and best practices.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect and/or Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
